is everyone nursing a wonderful carb hangover? i thought so! tomorrow is Maude Salons 1st annual Craptastic Craft show, and since its a slow weekend for hair appointments, i thought i’d take advantage of already being at the salon, and possibly having gaps in my schedule by hawking vegan goodies, and some of my handmade cowl/scarf things! i figured since most of you have had your fill of pumpkin, i’d look to one of Decembers most loved flavors: gingerbread! vegan cupcakes take over the world has an amazingly moist, fragrant gingerbread cupcake recipe, and i topped them with lemon butter cream, and diced up ginger candies. i also used a blueberry streusel muffin recipe from this blog, in case some early shoppers weren’t ready for the sugar rush of a cupcake. btw, how cute are those muffin liners!
i’ll toss up pics of the cupcakes tomorrow after they’ve been tarted up and such!
