vietnamese take out from kinh do in uptown minneapolis. it’s a complete guilty pleasure, and decently priced. sadly, there isn’t much for good takeout around my house, but the idea of washing a sink full of dishes and then cooking at 8pm just wasn’t doing it for me- so take out won.
i got the basil stirfry: chewy pad noodles, mock duck, bok choy, and peppers in a basil sauce. the hubbs got the happy farmer”carrots, peapods, mockduck, bean thread noodles and i think onions with more of a clear garlic sauce. oh, and the tofu spring rolls aren’t anything too fancy, but i love the peanut sauce they come with!
